一、检查情况
A general cargo ship built in year 2012 was inspected.Among other things,the following deficiency was issued by the PSCO,which the RO disagreed with.
一艘 2012年建造的货船, PSC检查期间, PSCO开具的以下缺陷,RO有异议 07120 Width of Em’cy escape trunk from E/R not reach to 800 mm at lower plate (code 17/70)
二、 RO主张
The RO expressed the view that the width of the emergency escape trunk would not be affected by this small metal piece that was cut-off. Moreover, from a structural point of view, this cut-out may cause shear forces if not considering the underneath supporting structure and may create a hard-point.
RO认为机舱应急逃生通道的宽度不受图中结构的影响,从结构上考虑,这个点切掉而不采取相应的措施将引起剪切应力。
