阿尔伯塔省提名家庭担保移民（AINP-Family）申请资格（Candidate Eligibility）

一、申请者在阿尔伯塔省有具备担保能力的亲属，并且该亲属在担保宣誓书上签字，承诺担保；
You have a sponsoring relative in Alberta who has completed the Sponsorship Affidavit of Support …and meets the Sponsor Eligibility requirements (listed above)

二、申请者（包括配偶）在 21-45 周岁之间；
You …and your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) are between the ages of 21-45

三、申请者（包括配偶）雅思 4 分以上或者 TEF 3 级以上（361-540）；
You …and your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) have obtained an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) minimum score of 4.0, or a minimum level of 3 (361-540) on the Test d’evaluation de français (TEF)
• If your and your spouse or common-law partner’s (if applicable) primary language of use (language most commonly used in your household) is English or French, or if you and your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) completed a minimum of a baccalaureate in English or French, an IELTS or TEF is not required with the application

四、申请人（或者配偶）需要完成一年以上专上程度(Post-Secondary) 高等教育（包括高职，高中以上的中专），需要有文凭，学位或证书（received a degree, diploma or certificate）；并且过去 4 年中最少有 3 年在全职工作或者就读全日制 post-secondary 教育，或者这两种情况的组合；
You …or your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) have completed a post-secondary education or training program of at least one year in duration, and received a degree, diploma or certificate and in the past four (4) years, the same person has completed three (3) years of full-time work experience or three (3) years of full-time post-secondary education, or three (3) years of a combination of each

五、申请人（或者其配偶）或者担保人具有最少 $10,000 加币的存款，每增加一个随行者最少增加 $2,000 加币存款；
You …or your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) or your sponsor has, the following accessible funds in a recognized Canadian financial institution:
• At least CAD $10,000 for you
• Plus at least CAD $2,000 for each of your dependents
